Remote - Results Analyst/Administrator - Bilingual (English/French)
SureHire is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated individual to join our Corporate Office team as a full-time Bilingual Results Analyst (English/French). This is a remote position.
About the Role
As a Results Analyst, you ensure the accuracy and quality of testing results across Canada. You’ll review, validate, and manage records so all results are complete and correct before being released to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Data Management
- Review and verify test results (audiometric, vision, spirometry, drug & alcohol)
- Enter and manage data in Surelink
- Maintain records and triage incoming documentation
- Track and manage abnormal test referrals
Quality Control
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all testing paperwork
- Apply client-specific policies and procedures
- Resolve errors with clinics, donors, and internal teams
- Escalate major issues as needed
Client & Stakeholder Support
- Assist clients, recruiters, and participants with results and system navigation
- Communicate results (verbal and electronic) as authorized
- Manage document requests (clearance letters, fit tests, etc.)
- Handle basic account payments and confirmations
Internal Support & Reporting
- Track missing results and follow up daily
- Support internal departments by routing documentation and inquiries
- Generate reports and statistics as requested
- Act as a first point of contact for privacy or client concerns
Additional Duties
- Support lab/MRO processes and background check reviews
- Assist with onsite/mobile testing documentation
- Perform general administrative tasks as required
Role Details
- Status: Full-time, permanent
- Hours: 40 hours/week (shifts between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Mon–Fri; occasional overtime)
- Location: Remote (occasional in-person attendance in Edmonton may be required)
Qualifications
- Bilingual in French and English (required)
- High school diploma (Office Administration training an asset)
- 1+ year experience in data entry or customer service (asset)
- Certified Audiometric Technician (required); Spirometry certification an asset
